The promised sunny weather materialised over the weekend - while you all enjoyed the sunshine, we sweltered in the craft village marquee!

We did have a great time at the show though and met many very interesting people. It seems that more of you are trying beaded jewellery-making for yourselves these days.

Although some of you bought earrings, bracelets and necklaces, foil hearts and foil rings, far more of you were interested in our beads. We will definitely be expanding our range of beads and Swarovski crystals, so keep looking at the website over the next 2-3 weeks!

A big thank you to all who visited our stand and we hope to see you again later in the year.

After the heavy rains on Saturday morning, we wondered what the weekend would bring, but we were not disappointed - we were, in fact, rushed off our feet! Sunday was an incredibly busy day for us and the showground was packed.

We hope you enjoyed the archery, planes, equestrian events, dog agility competitions, the wonderful food, fair rides .... and, of course, the Craft Village!

We ran a one-day special on the Sunday with many of our simpler and pretty bracelets and necklaces at just £5.

Our new Swarovski beads, silver glitter ball beads, colourful cubes and foil glass twists caused some interest for the designers and jewellery makers amongst you and our Pandora-style bracelets and necklaces were also very popular.

We were incredibly busy over this weekend, even on the rainy Saturday with high winds! Sunday was a lovely, bright day though. Inside the arena, we were all dry and warm regardless, with dozens of stands to entertain us all and provide opportunities for self-indulgence and Christmas gift shopping, both of which you seemed determined to do!

Our new charms and bracelets were popular as well as the black and silver glass bangles. Pandora-style beads and foil glass hearts remained favourites.

Several of you purchased ready to wear jewellery - bracelets and necklaces. Again, we sold lots of loose beads for the jewellery makers among you. We seem to be the ONLY bead supplier at shows in this part of the country - an ideal opportunity for you to see and appreciate some of our beautiful bead stock.

Thank you to all who purchased from us - see you again soon!

Saturday 28th November 11am - 5pm.

Sandy & District Conservative Club.

19 Bedford Road, Sandy, Beds. SG19 1EL.

Well ....... to the dozen or so people who visited our stand, thank you for coming and thank you very much for making a purchase.

However, 'sorry Sandy', but we won't be re-booking this event next year. Only about 100 people came in through the door and most exhibitors alleviated the boredom by buying from each other. This gift fair was a wash-out!

Sunday 29th November 10am - 4pm.

St. Neots Community College.

Barford Road, Eynesbury, St. Neots, Cambs. PE19 2SH.

Crafts and charity stalls (about 40 in total), in warm, carpeted areas, plus Santa in his grotto!

This event is traditionally very busy and proved so again this year. LOTS of people filled the aisles and I think Santa was a huge attraction!

We were busy at times, but not rushed off our feet. To our customers, both new and existing, thank you for your purchases! Most people seemed to be buying for Christmas - we hope that your friends/family/wives/partners all enjoy the gifts you have chosen for them!
